Bulls Card of the Day

Ayo Dosunmu
Dosunmu grew up in a close-knit family who taught him the value of sharing. His selflessness translates to the hardwood, where he creates easy shots for his cohorts. Against the Grizzlies at the 2021 Summer League, the floor general caught the rock in transition and delivered a filthy bounce pass to a teammate for a layup.

Name that player!

Set new career-highs for scoring and rebounding for fourth straight year in 1991... Ranked third in the NBA in steals in 1990 with 211 (2.57 spg)... Averaged 19.3 ppg and 7.2 rpg in 15 Playoff games in 1990, leading Bulls to Eastern Conference Finals... Scored four points in first All-Star Game appearance at Miami in 1990.

Born and raised in the Chicago area, Dosunmu stayed in state for college and became a standout at Illinois. The guard got to continue his run as the hometown hero when the Bulls selected him in the second round of the 2021 draft. Those circumstances made him a fan favorite before he even stepped on the NBA floor.

Jordan captured a sixth consecutive scoring title in 1991-92, earned his third NBA MVP Award, his eighth NBA All-Star nod and was chosen to his second U.S. Olympic Team. The best player on the planet also led the incredi-Bulls to their second consecutive NBA World Championship.
