Name that player!

In talent, character and accomplishment, Tomlinson is an NFL legend. Take it from another who embodies the same qualities, Drew Brees: "His work ethic and leadership made everyone around him better. Not only was he the most complete running back I have ever seen, he was the most complete teammate."

Tobin is a familiar name to pro football fans. Last year the popular veteran played in his first American Football League campaign and became the circuit's top quarterback. Completing 59% of his passes, he won the Most Valuable Player of the Year honors for 1963. Tobin is also a good runner and scored two touchdowns rushing. Tobin's brother was a top football star, too.

An awesome physical specimen, Junior has superb combination of size, speed and strength. He's an explosive hitter who holds his ground at the point of attack. Junior was unanimous All-American and All-PAC 10 Conference choice at USC in 1989. He had 19 QB Sacks last year.

Back to the Front! Chargers card back du jour...

Keith Lincoln
Keith, one of pro football's most versatile players, can handle any of a number of jobs for the Chargers. A hard running fullback, Keith can be used effectively as a halfback, end, defensive back and even a quarterback if the situation comes up. With good hands and good speed, he led the Chargers and finished third in the A.F.L. in kickoff returns last year. An injury hampered Keith in 1963.
