Name that player!

The Buffalo Sabres were no match for Cirelli and the Tampa Bay Lightning as the two clubs met on Jan. 11, 2022. At 10:45 of the first period, the talented two-way forward potted his 10th goal of the season and it ultimately stood as the winner in the 6-1 road victory. He then set up Steven Stamkos for the Lightning's fifth goal at 14:04 of the middle frame.

Clearly, the best is yet to come. On April 14, 2002, Vinny capped his fourth NHL campaign by scoring the Bolts' final goal of the year in a dramatic season-ending tilt against the downstate-rival Florida Panthers. Just 17 seconds into overtime, Lecavalier beat Trevor Kidd to complete the 3-2 victory. It was his 20th goal of the year, giving him three straight 20-goal seasons. Seven days later, Vinny celebrated just his 22nd birthday!

The eighth player chosen in the 2000 NHL Draft, Nikita turned pro after three years with the OHL Erie Otters, for whom he logged 160 points in 189 games. He earned a spot on the 2001-02 Lightning roster and, on October 16, notched his first NHL point-an assist on Vinny Prospal's goal in Colorado. Big and sleek, Alexeev is a terrific skater who doesn't mind the "edgy" part of the game. He mixes it up along the wall and holds his own against defensemen who try to dominate physically.

Brad Richards
Brad, a magician with the puck, often makes the rubber disappear. In the QMJHL in 1999-2000, he tallied 71 goals and 186 points. In '02-03, he tied for the Bolts lead with 57 assists and the NHL lead with 34 power play feeds. Once he tallied points in 14 of 15 games. Richards also scored one of the most memorable Lightning goals of the year, when his third period tally on January 7 beat the reigning champion Red Wings, 1-0.
