Came to the Leafs from Detroit in 1946 on a trade for Billy Taylor. Starting his 8th season for the Toronto club. A top-notch two-way player he is an expert at taking a pass and getting the puck away in a flash.

Name that player!

The oldest active player in the N.H.L., Johnny does not take a back-seat to the rookies in the goal-tending department. Toronto gave Johnny his second chance in the 1958-59 season and he has starred ever since. Won his first Vezina Trophy at age 36.



Bobby ranks as one of NHL's top body checkers. Baun's sudden-death goal in spring of '64, despite a bone break, helped Leafs score third straight Stanley Cup triumph.



A tower of strength on his team, the Leaf captain was out with a shoulder injury for part of last season. Missing 27 games, he nevertheless stood well up in the NHL scoring race. He stands eighth in lifetime scoring and points among active NHL players.

Billy Harris
A Toronto born player Billy is one of the crowd's favourites with his dipsy doodle skating and superb stick handling. Bill works very hard at playing hockey and during the year spends much time strengthening his wrists and legs in order to make himself a stronger player. Last year Billy was second top scorer of the Maple Leaf team with 16 goals and 28 assists for a total of 44 points. Billy continued his university education last summer by attending classes at the University of Toronto. Billy played all his amateur hockey with the Leaf Chain and was on the Memorial Cup Champions of 1955.
