Brilliant center, Lady Byng winner 7 years in row, later introduced red line to hockey.

"Brownie" came on strong last season and established a name for himself. He's a top rusher and good puck carrier. The Rangers got him in the big deal for then captain Andy Bathgate in 1964. A rolling hip check is one of Arnie's favorite tricks.

Born Verdun, Que., Mar. 23, 1932. 5'10", 160. Shoots left. Don's a versatile forward who plays at all three positions and can kill penalties too. Rangers acquired him in summer swap with Montreal. He's smart and shifty.
