Name that player!

The Royals unearthed a gem in the 13th round of the 2018 MLB Draft by nabbing Jon, who increased his velocity after leaving Oklahoma State by bulking up and raising his arm slot. The righty ranked among the Double-A leaders in ERA (second), strikeouts (fourth) and WHIP (fourth) ahead of his September call-up in 2021. He earned his first win October 1.

One of A.L.'s fine rookies of 1974, George was named A.A.'s All-Star 3rd baseman for 1973. He led California League with 8 Sacrifice Hits in 1972.

John had 30 RBI's last June, he had seven Homers & 22 RBI's in August. In one 17-game span he hit safely in 15 games, going 26-for-65 for a .400 Batting Average.
