Name that player!

Frank received a huge bonus to sign with the Boston Red Sox in 1952. The southpaw compiled the best ERA in the A. L. in 1960.

Selected from the Boston Red Sox organization in 1962, Glenn has become a pleasant surprise for Chicago. The flashy fielding second sacker led the Pacific Coast League with 253 putouts and 112 double plays in 1964. Glenn impressed everyone in spring training and was awarded the starting job at second base. He played in all but 8 games for Chicago last season. The Cubs feel that with a year of experience under his belt, Glenn is on his way.

Bob was obtained from the Giants during the 1965 season. Bothered with a sore-arm, he showed signs of recovery late in the year.

Charlie Grimm
"A little more than 20 years ago there was a boy selling peanuts and soft drinks in the stands of the St. Louis Cardinals. Today that boy is known throughout the baseball world as the manager of the Chicago Cubs and as one of the leading fielders of the National League. He is Charlie Grimm, a fine fielder, a dangerous batter, a good manager. He was born in St. Louis in 1899. He is 5 feet, 11 1⁄2 inches tall and weighs around 175 pounds. He started with the Philadelphia Athletics in 1916 and was sent to smaller clubs for more experience. In 1919 he signed with the Pittsburgh Pirates where he played for six years, going to Chicago n the fall of 1924."
