George Soriano
An under-the-radar signing back in 2015, George pierced Baseball America's list of top-30 Marlins prospects after leading the system in ERA (min. 70 IP) in 2022. He brought his upper-90s heater and venomous slider to the big leagues for the first time on April 16, 2023, debuting with three scoreless, one-hit frames of relief against the D-backs.

In 1996, Gary tied a record when he slammed 11 HR's in April. He never slowed down, compiling the most potent season in the Marlins' four-year history. In his career, he has been both a Minor (1988) and Major League ('92) Player of the Year, as named by The Sporting News.

Rivera displayed his defensive acumen at both corner infield spots with the Marlins in 2024 while also showing off his clutch-hitting chops. He produced a game-winning, pinch-hit single in the bottom of the 10th inning on May 12.
