For the second consecutive campaign, Beard locked down WNBA Defensive Player of the Year honors in 2018. The guard, who helped the Sparks top the league in points allowed (77.0) and steals (7.9), became the fifth player in league history to win the award in back-to-back seasons.



A veteran of European play who has represented both the Yugoslavian and Croatian national teams, Grgin registered a season-high eight points on two occasions during the 2000 season-against Miami and Utah.



Has led WNBA in rebounds per game the last two seasons. Ripped down WNBA season-high 21 rebounds, June 19, 1998. Owns Pac-10 record for scoring (2,414) and rebounds (1,214). A model and broadcaster, Leslie has modeled designs by Armani and Donna Karan and appeared in a Vogue magazine photo spread. A guest correspondent on "NBA Inside Stuff" who also has done NBA sideline reporting for TNT, Leslie has made guest spots on the TV shows "Hangtime." "Moesha" and "Sister, Sister."
