Wings Card of the Day

Katie Lou Samuelson
For the first time since she was in high school, Samuelson will be teammates with her sister, Karlie. The reunion happened when Dallas acquired Katie Lou in a trade with Chicago in February 2020. "It took me a while to even process where I was going and the fact that Karlie would be there because it was shocking." she said.

Name that player!

In 2021, Kuier became the sixth international prospect (Finland) without NCAA experience to be selected in the top five of the WNBA draft. "She's going to be a beast," said Dallas forward Isabelle Harrison, who was Kuier's teammate in Italy. "I can't wait for the States to see somebody with this talent."

Mabrey's knack for cashing deep triples reminds onlookers of the NBA's all-time leader in 3s. "I always watch Steph Curry so I could see myself pulling out something that looks like him," she said. "So that's an honor for someone to say that. It gives me some motivation that I can keep going and try to get better and better."

Following an accolade-laden career at the University of Oregon, Sabally leaped to the WNBA as she became the second overall pick and joined Dallas. In her debut in the 2020 season opener against Atlanta, the forward proved she belonged on the professional stage by posting 11 points to go with five boards and five helpers.

Glory Johnson
Making sure the glass is always clean, Johnson uses her frame (6-foot-3, 170 pounds) to battle with opponents in the paint for caroms. The standout Dallas forward regularly ranks near the top of the charts in rebounds and possesses the skills to rack up double-digit boards every night.
