Niesa was a two-time collegiate All-America pick and was 1992's Freshman of the Year. She gained pro experience playing in the ABL from 1996 to 1999.



Ranked 14th in WNBA in rebounds per game (5.5). Set WNBA record with nine offensive rebounds in a game, June 24, 1998. Finished North Carolina State career fourth all-time in rebounds (912). The superstitious Manning, the only female athlete in Greenville County, Va, ever to have her high school jersey retired, insists on having the same meal - fried chicken, string beans and macaroni and cheese - before every game. She was twice named Virginia's Female High School Player of the Year.

While at Harvard was a three-time Ivy League Player of the Year. Holds Harvard career records for most points (2,312), rebounds (1,134) and steals (308).
