Reggie is the tall guard the Bulls had been seeking. The club's first selection in the 1978 College Draft, he's a very quick and superb passer and a good defender. Reggie finished second in the balloting for NBA Rookie of the Year in 1978-79 and earned a spot on league's Rookie All-Star Team.
