Curry entered the 2015-16 season on a mission. He led the NBA in 3-pointers for the fourth consecutive season, breaking his own record with 402 treys. He also increased his scoring average from 23.8 to a league-best 30.1, which is the highest scoring increase for a back-to-back MVP award winner in league history.

Curry finished strong for a second straight year, following up his April 2013 Western Conference Player of the Month award with the same prestigious prize in April 2014 (26.4 points, 9.9 assists and 2.4 steals per game). That included his fourth triple-double of the season on April 11 against the Lakers.
