Adam Keefe
In the 1992 NBA Draft, the Atlanta Hawks used the tenth overall pick to select Stanford's Adam Keefe, As a senior, Keefe averaged 25.3 points per game (finishing second in the Pac-10) and 12.2 rebounds per game (highest in the conference). The Hawks, needing strength around the basket to complement that of Dominique Wilkins and Kevin Willis, should receive power in the paint from Keefe. In 1991, he was named the NIT MVP after he led Stanford to the NIT title. In 1991-92, Keefe set school single-season records for both points (734) and rebounds (355). and he finished his collegiate career as the all-time Cardinal leader in field goal percentage (.600).
