Name that player!

Mike is an exceptional defensive forward thus drawing the big defensive assignment every game. His excellent defense has been publicly acknowledged by some of the NBA's greatest offensive performers. In college he was St. Joseph's 2nd all-time leading scorer with 20.1 career average.

Jalen rarely starts, but coach Larry Bird deploys him like a surgical missile, utilizing his size and athleticism at a variety of positions as the situation demands. Despite only bench minutes, he ranked among Pacers leaders in points, steals and assists. On April 16, Rose blitzed the 76ers for a career-high 28 points (10/13 FG), plus seven rebounds, four assists and three steals.

The rare win-win trade took place when the Pacers and Kings exchanged Domantas Sabonis and Haliburton. While the former helped power Sacramento to the postseason in 2022-23, the latter emerged as one of the game's top young guards, earning his first All-Star selection in his first full season in Indiana.

Back to the Front! Pacers card back du jour...

Darnell Hillman
Darnell provided great bench strength and rebounding power in helping Pacers to ABA title last season. A great leaper with the ability to touch the top of the backboard, he cleared the 7-foot mark in the high jump as a freshman at San Jose State. A very intelligent player who rarely makes a mistake.
