Despite several knee operations, Joe paced the AFL last season in pass completions, total yards gained and average yards gained per completion.



The veteran flanker holds 13 records for the Jets. In 1966, Don was 2nd on the team in receiving and 9th in the AFL. The opposition respects this speedy player and constantly double-teams him.



Faced with tough circumstances, Williams doesn't turn his motor down. "I go into every game wanting to win and give my best," he said. "So no matter what happens or not, depending on nobody or not, knowing what the outcome's going to be or not, I'm just giving my best each and every down, no matter what."
