Name that player!

Does this look like a career destined for the Hall of Fame? In 1995, Eddie won the Heisman Trophy in his senior year at Ohio State. In '96, he was named the NFL Rookie of the Year. In '97-98, he earned back-to-back Pro Bowl bids. Nothing seems to slow George down. Included among last year's superlatives was a streak of five straight 100-yard games. George is one of six backs to top 4,000 yards rushing in his first three seasons.

Jevon began his career at Florida as a safely, but eventually grew into the linebacker's role. He obviously has pass coverage skills, but his pass-rushing potential is why he became the second linebacker taken in the 1999 draft. Kearse has ideal size for that position, yet shows the speed of a defensive back. Although not a full-time starter until his senior year, he had 34 tackles behind the line of scrimmage in his career.

With lots of weight and a tremendous frame, Mike should bolster the center of the Titanline substantially. For a big man, Mike's well-known speed is startling. He covers a world of ground on offense and is a smashing downfield blocker. On defense, Mike is known as a vicious tackler and a smashing linebacker. Mike attended the University of Miami in Florida and more recently played for the Philadelphia Eagles.

Back to the Front! Titans card back du jour...

Cortland Finnegan
Last November, Cortland got a shoutout from Snoop Dogg in a YouTube video as "one of my favorite players in the NFL" because of the way he punishes the opposition. Finnegan is not only one the hardest-hitting cornerbacks in the game, but one of the most exciting. He has scored with an interception three straight years - from 99, 80 and 41 yards out.
