Name that player!

"I've always had to prove people wrong," Sgarbossa told the Denver Post before his NHL debut on Jan. 30, 2013. It's hard to believe there are still doubters after seeing the creative scorer lead the Ontario Hockey League in scoring with 102 points (47 goals, 55 assists) in 2011-12 with Sudbury.

Winner of the 1998 Norris Trophy as the NHL's top defenseman, Rob won his first Stanley Cup in 2000-01, with the Avalanche. He is one of the game's best power-play quarterbacks.

The NHL honors the best defensive forward each year with the Selke Trophy. If a similar award was presented to the league's best "defensive" defenseman, Sylvain would be an annual contender. Very reliable in his own zone, he always ranks high in the plus/minus ratings.
