Billy has demonstrated the ability to pass in traffic. He plays very good defense, and he can go to the basket. Billy scored a game-high of 40 points in 1980-81, best single-game performance of any Trail Blazer last season.



Shawn is one of the few players to go right from high school to the NBA. "It's tough for guys who have played four years in College to make it in the pros, so I'm sure it's going to be tough for me, too," Kemp said.
