Selected by the SuperSonics with the 23rd overall pick in the first round of the 1993 NBA Draft... Named by UPI to the All-America Third Team following his senior season... Unanimously named as the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year after leading New Orleans to a 19-0 conference and 26-4 overall record... Finished sixth in the nation in rebounding (11.9 rpg), 18th in field-goal percentage (.619) and 19th in blocked shots... Recorded twelve 20-plus games during his senior season... Twenty-seven rebounds against Lamar were an NCAA high for 1992-93... Finished collegiate career as New Orleans career leader in rebounds (1.287), blocks (287) and field-goal percentage (.591).



Was key player in Florida State's march to NCAA finals in 1971. Had 70 rebounds in 373 minutes, '73-74. Drafted: #5-1972 by Chicago.



Rated as one of the NBA's premier forwards, Sidney was named league's Rookie of the Year for his play at Portland in 1971-72. Each of his UCLA Bruin teams was winner of NCAA Championship.
