Name that player!

A regular in the Viking's offensive line since his rookie year, Larry is a top pass blocker who hits real hard. The quiet man is one of the most popular men on the squad. Quarterback Joe Kapp operates with a little more confidence when he knows that Larry is getting his job done. Larry always gives a top performance!

Two years ago, in Joe's first season for the 49ers, he was their top scorer with 72 points. Raced 45 yards for a touchdown the first time he ever packed the ball in a pro appearance. United Press All-Pro team, 1949. Halfback and fullback, Junior Col., Compton, Calif. The 49ers obtained Joe from Alameda, Calif., Naval Air Station team.

With a football tucked under his arm, Bill digs up plenty of real estate before anybody stops him. He caught one pass last season for a 67-yard touchdown play, and he made a 41-yard run on another occasion.
