Drafted by the Steelers in 1963, Andy's pro football career was interrupted by the Army in 1964 and 1965. The hard-hitting rugged competitor quickly developed into one of the NFL's top linebackers in 1966. Andy rocks 'em hard!
As a rookie, Wallace hauled in only 39 passes on the 2009 season, but certainly made them count, averaging 19.4 yards per catch, the highest mark in the NFL. Among league freshmen, he finished fourth in receiving yards (756) and tied for second in touchdown catches (six).
Despite missing five games with a fracture of the upper arm, Houston's Warren Moon still finished among AFC leaders in many categories. The perfect field general for the rigorous "Run 'n Shoot" offense, Moon finished the 1992 season as the AFC's top rated passer with an 89.3 mark. The man with the ageless arm also finished fifth in completions (224), second in the AFC in completion percentage (64.7%) and third in TD tosses (18). While leading the AFC's top-ranked passing attack, Moon made the most of all opportunities. He paced the conference by throwing a TD every 5.2 passes, proving not only that he could still perform but that, despite the development of an Oiler running game in the person of Lorenzo White, the "Run 'n Shoot" was still a fully loaded gun with the most lethal gunslinger in the East or West with his finger on the trigger.
