Coffee Talk Name that player!
Perhaps one of the toughest defensemen in the N.H.L., Ted has matured enough so that he no longer gets the "cheap" penalties and as a result spends more time on the ice and is more effective. His rough, tough play keeps opposing forwards with their heads up all the time.
Satan's '97-98 season was all around the most productive of his career. He led the Sabres in points and shooting percentage, ending up second on the club in power play goals and game-winning goals. Moreover, he was third in assists. Much of his production is a by-product of his extreme quickness, which lets him get by defenders. Satan picked up the pace a bit starting off the '98-99 compaign, scoring 10 points in the first 11 games.
