Name that player!

Dave possesses one of the finest curveballs in the league and with his control continually improving, it's just a matter of time before he becomes one of the circuit's top winners. The big right-hander was a winning pitcher in Triple-A competition just two years after hurling high school ball. Throughout the 1965 campaign, Dave battled teammate Earl Wilson for the club strikeout lead.

A superstar in his era, Wade has seen the appreciation of his greatness only grow with the modern emphasis on plate discipline and on-base skills. The five-time AL batting champion produced more walks than strikeouts in 17 of his 18 seasons.

Ceddanne was among an exclusive group of farmhands to hit at least .300 with 20+ homers and 20+ steals in 2023 when he was called up to the big leagues. He made his debut on August 28 as a pinch-hitter, dropping a first-pitch single in the middle of a Bermuda Triangle of defenders in right field.
