Name that player!

With one of Atlanta's star players sitting out the 2017 campaign, Hayes elevated her game to another level. The guard led the squad in points (16.3) and finished in double figures in 30 of 33 regular-season contests. She also earned the first All-Star selection of her career.

Putting on a show for her family and friends, McCoughtry, a native of Baltimore, dropped a game-high 24 points to lead Atlanta to a 106-89 victory in nearby Washington on July 11, 2018. "I'm glad to see my family as much as possible." the forward said. "The window to play in sports is so short."

Stocking up for a playoff push, Atlanta pulled off a trade with Connecticut to acquire Bentley, a standout scorer and distributor, in July 2018. The move worked as the Dream won the guard's first seven contests and finished with a 23-11 record, the best mark in the Eastern Conference.

Chennedy Carter
In need of a boost on offense, the Dream used the No. 4 overall selection in the 2020 WNBA Draft on Carter, arguably the top scorer available. A certified bucket-getter at Texas A&M, the guard averaged 225 points over three seasons and was tabbed an All-American in each of those campaigns.
