Name that player!

Russell is capable of hitting a shot from any place, at any time. The veteran is a true three-level scorer who also gets to the stripe and hits freebies at an efficient rate. He's never averaged fewer than 13.0 points in a season, often going well above that number.

A solid performer now in his fifth year in the NBA, Rod is recognized as one of the standout guards in the league. Known as "Mr. Available" because of his record of never having been disqualified from an NBA game. Led his team in assists with 450 last season, and was the fourth highest scorer. He came to the Lakers in 1957 and last year was reunited with Fred Schaus, his old West Virginia coach.

In the history of the NBA, only Wilt Chamberlain (118) and one other player have registered more 50-point games than Bryant's 24. He scored 81 vs. Toronto on Jan. 22, 2006. The 11-time All-Star has 96 career 40-plus point games, 134 double-doubles and 16 triple-doubles.

Back to the Front! Lakers card back du jour...

LeBron James
Keeping himself in exquisite physical shape, James continues to be one of the most intimidating dunkers in the game. When he barrels through the lane, which is quite often, the powerful playmaker prefers to finish his drives with statement-sending slams, letting his foes know that he's going to bring it all night long.
