Portland president of basketball operations Neil Olshey called Collins "a franchise-level building block" after the Blazers landed the 10th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft. The 7-footer from Gonzaga called himself a Rookie of the Year candidate. "I don't see why I can't," he told The Oregonian. "I've always set high goals for myself."

Billy has demonstrated the ability to pass in traffic. He plays very good defense, and he can go to the basket. Billy scored a game-high of 40 points in 1980-81, best single-game performance of any Trail Blazer last season.

In Ron's last 14 Games he hit on 84 of 162 for .519% shooting. Ron was a solid .820% from the foul line last season and was third on the Trail Blazers in Blocked Shots with 79. Ron led Arkansas with 77 Steals as senior during the 1977-78 campaign.
