Only two NBA players produced a 40-point game off the bench in 2022-23, with Monk and Brooklyn's Cam Thomas doing the damage. The Sacramento guard took his bow against the Clippers after going off for career-high 45 points on Feb. 24. He knocked down 15-of-24 shots in his offensive outburst.

Before serving as David Robinson's backup last season, he averaged 14.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.4 blocked shots in 110 games over four years with the University of Florida.
