Making his playoff debut in 2021, Hachimura looked ready for the bright lights. In his team's first round matchup with Philadelphia, he averaged 14.8 points and 7.2 rebounds over the five-game set. In Game 4, the up-and-coming forward posted a double-double to help power his team to a win.

Avdija's father, Zufer, steered him away from his first love, soccer, and toward the hardwood when the kiddo was 9 years old. "I wasn't tall," he told the Washington Post.
