Name that player!

Despite missing 19 games last season, Jacques made it nine straight years that he has scored 20 goals. He has a booming slap shot, is a hard skater and checker.

Montreal's 4th choice, 51st overall, in 1984 entry draft. Last season Roy won his third Vezina Trophy and was named to his third NHL First All-Star Team. After posting a league-best 2.36 GAA, he was awarded the Jennings Trophy, which he shared three other times. Roy led the NHL in save percentage (.914) and tied for the lead in shutouts.

Tom Johnson could be considered something of a "throwback" blueline. Tom's forte is his defensive soundness, his behind the blueline generalship. There are some who feel Tom could be a top two-way rearguard if he possessed a harder, more accurate shot - but Johnson apparently realizes his chances for success lie in defending his own end of the rink and that's where he can usually be found.

Dickie Moore
1957-58 was a year of great personal triumph for Dickie Moore, a year in which Dickie came into his own with a resounding "bang". Following his fine 29 goal effort of the previous year, Dickie started out the new season by clearly indicating he meant to repeat. Before the season wound up some months later, Dickie had more than repeated. He led the League in goals scored, in total points, won the Art Ross Trophy and the First All Star team left wing berth.
