One of famed University of Illinois' "Whiz Kids"... captained Fighting Illini his senior year and established all time Western Conference scoring record with 516 points. Named to Associated Press all-time All-American five in 1947. Also plays pro baseball in St. Louis Cardinals' chain starting with Decatur in Three-Eye league and finishing with Columbus in American Association.



A member of the NBA's All-Rookie Team for the 1976-77 campaign, Adrian was the unanimous selection as the league's Rookie of the Year last season. He took over the Braves' small forward position and his ability to outrebound much bigger players gave the team added strength on the boards over the course of the entire campaign.



Keeping himself in exquisite physical shape, James continues to be one of the most intimidating dunkers in the game.
